The Art of Attention Workshop Framework

The Art of Attention Workshop Framework 01

Trusted by 500+ professionals to reclaim their focus through the intersection of neuroscience and yoga. If you are a leader, creator, or part of a team struggling with ‘digital fatigue’ and shrinking attention spans, this workshop’s for you!

What you will learn:

  • Analyze — Identify your external and internal distractions. You’ll map your personal distraction landscape: the environmental triggers and internal thought patterns that fragment your attention most.
  • Learn — Master the building blocks of attention by using a practical framework drawn from neuroscience and yoga that explains how attention works and why it breaks down in digital environments.
  • Implement — Create your new system to maintain focus. You’ll leave with a written, personalised focus system you can begin using the following morning. (This is not a to-do list!) It is a set of conditions and practices that make sustained attention your default.

FAQs

The “Art of Attention” is designed for both, but it is particularly effective for teams in fast-paced environments like nonprofits or tech firms. While individuals can learn to manage their own “steady beam of awareness” , teams benefit from creating a collective system to reduce external distractions and over-stimulation.

Most seminars focus on managing your calendar; we focus on managing your “concentration of awareness”. Instead of just giving you a to-do list, we provide the training and guidance needed to understand how you process and react to stimuli. This helps you build a lasting system to maintain attention rather than a temporary fix.

The Art of Attention is a 90-minute workshop, designed to be experienced together rather than watched passively. It runs in both in-person and virtual formats, making it accessible to teams across locations in India or globally. The session combines short conceptual inputs with hands-on exercises i.e. participants spend roughly 60% of the time actively practicing the tools, not just listening to them. We can customise this workshop as per your requirements on special request.
The crisis stems from technology changing how we interact and pay attention to the world around us. With “advertising, media, and technology competing for our attention” , our attention spans are naturally shrinking. This workshop provides the specific “building blocks” required to reclaim that focus and become more efficient in a digitally saturated world.
Not at all. The workshop is designed to bridge the gap for those with “no or low understanding of the apparatus of attention”. We break down complex concepts into simple, actionable tools from both neuroscience and yoga that anyone can use to build focus immediately.
The workshop is designed and facilitated by Abhinav Chetan, a digital marketing advisor, yoga practitioner, and ex-Googler. Abhinav developed the Art of Attention framework from his own practice of combining neuroscience-backed focus tools with the concentration principles found in classical yoga. He has facilitated this session for 500+ professionals across nonprofits, startups, and leadership teams. You can learn more about Abhinav at abhinavchetan.com.
